Something like 28 Days Later type of feel to it.
Adults turn into a Violent Type of Zombie.
Seems like the kids are Immune to what's Happening.
This is Okay, Alright to Watch on a Boring Day.
Not Bad for a Horror Flick and Good Quality Movie.
